Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Bold Butter is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or are not satisfied with your product please contact us within 7 days of delivery at boldbutterofficial@gmail.com.
